While creating online products (SaaS) is fun and entertaining, especially as a technical founder, monetizing it takes a lot of time. Even more, if you don’t have a vast social media network or a severe budget to advertise.
SaaS Businesses take time to become profitable.
Whether you are a developer or a non-technical entrepreneur, we have to be honest; it’s inspiring working on a product, thinking about the users you will serve and content that will suit them, and organizing and managing the app functionalities to solve their problems.
Such an exciting thought.
But the app needs to make money for us to continue working on it, enjoy our lives, and have food on the table. I understand how hard it is to build a product, as the web development part is only 20% of the product’s success. Making the right decisions and compromises is critical for SaaS success.
If you have created a product before, you know how long it takes to get something off the ground.
What’s next for me?
My focus is to find new clients who my colleagues and I can offer top-notch services for their online new and existing products to become successful.
My ideal clients are tech entrepreneurs or already established startups that need an application developed, for which I can use my past 12 years of experience in full-stack web development to help achieve their goals.
The services I can provide are:
1 – Finding & Interviewing the right developers for a company taking into consideration:
- the developer’s culture, needs, and technical knowledge;
- the company’s culture, conditions, and technical requirements;
If both match, I will facilitate the interview.
As an ex-interim CTO, who co-founded two startups and worked multiple years as a technical lead, I had to find and hire many developers. It is a great responsibility, and we all know how damaging a wrong employee can be for a company, especially for a startup.
I can use my experience to help companies find the right developers for their open positions.
2 – Full-stack web development services, developing new web apps or updating existing ones with new functionalities.
Among other technologies, React, Angular, NodeJs, AWS, Docker, and TypeScript are the main ones worth mentioning.
I can develop a new SaaS and provide my business knowledge acquired from experience to help you make the right decisions and compromises. I want you to be successful.
Conclusion
Whether you need one or more developers to create a new SaaS MVP, a whole custom, complex application, or just a landing page using no code, you need a trustworthy technical partner you can trust so that you can focus on the essential aspects of it, the marketing and business side.
I love building products and collaborating with passionate founders, helping them get what they want.
